About the Book

This book was conceived as a handbook for real estate  investors.  Its format is based on the Talmudic method of teaching, in which a colorful story is told and unraveled to teach a concept.   It is designed to be readable and yet challenging at the same time, helping a real-estate investor to make the right decisions.
